Noah Reid is thrilled to be making his Tarragon debut in Hamlet. He has been acting professionally since he was eight years old, when he played Chip the Teacup in the opening night Toronto cast of Beauty and the Beast and originated the voice of Franklin the Turtle. He has performed at Coal Mine Theatre, Soulpepper Theatre, Stratford Festival, Mirvish, Summerworks, Blythe, Theatre Aquarius and the Neptune Theatre, and has worked extensively in television and film, including Kevin From Work, House of Lies, Cardinal, Old Stock, Rookie Blue, Cracked, Score: A Hockey Musical and People Hold On, for which he received a CSA nomination for best original song. His debut album Songs From A Broken Chair was released in 2016. He is a graduate of both the Etobicoke School of the Arts and the National Theatre School of Canada. Currently, he can be seen as Patrick on Schitt’s Creek.
