Volunteers

Tarragon hosts a variety of volunteers throughout each season and we try to match volunteers with positions that will be of interest to them. Students can fulfill a portion of their required community involvement hours by volunteering at Tarragon Theatre.

Front of House Volunteers

Tarragon needs volunteer ushers for each performance in both theatres. Volunteers are asked to take tickets, distribute and stuff programs and tidy up the theatre after the performance. In return, volunteers receive a complimentary ticket to attend that performance.

Project-Based Volunteers

From time to time Tarragon engages volunteers for specific projects or events.

For events, volunteers may be called upon to check coats at our fundraising gala, supervise a silent auction or assist with the realization of a special function. In return, volunteers will receive a complimentary ticket to attend a performance or other benefits as appropriate to the event.
