COVID-19 SAFETY

We are delighted to welcome you back to our theatre for our 2022-23 season!
As we continue to navigate today’s changing pandemic environment, the safety of our artists, audiences, volunteers and staff is our number one priority.

With this in mind, we have put the following safety measures in place and will be revisiting them on an ongoing basis throughout the season.
You can find our up-to-date protocols here.

VACCINATION

Patrons and visitors are no longer required to be fully vaccinated to enter Tarragon Theatre.
All Tarragon staff, volunteers and artists contracted we engage must be double vaccinated.

MASKS

Due to the intimate nature of our theatre spaces, all patrons, staff and volunteers must continue to wear a mask that covers the nose, mouth and chin while in the Mainspace or Extraspace. Requests for medical exemptions will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Please note: This season’s production of My Sister’s Rage will require both masking and proof of vaccination to enter the theatre.

VENTILATION

Our HVAC units have been updated with HEPA filters and UV light to filter and sanitize the air throughout the building on an ongoing basis.

CLEANING

Enhanced cleaning measures are in place before and after each performance. Common contact surfaces and washrooms are regularly sanitised by our cleaning team.

THE BAR

We are re-opening the bar this fall and will have beverages and snacks available for purchase prior to each performance and during intermission. Eating and drinking will be limited to the lobby area and not permitted in the theatre, where masking is required.

TICKETING &
HOUSE PROGRAMS

Electronic tickets are encouraged. Simply present your tickets on your mobile device when entering the theatre. If you do not have a mobile device you may print your electronic tickets at home prior to arrival. Box Office ticket pick up is available upon request.

House programs are available on our website. A limited number of hard copies of abridged versions of the program will be available from the Box Office.

FLEXIBILITY

If you need to cancel your tickets, we offer ticket exchanges, credit certificates or a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the date and time of your performance.
